Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
If your food arrives damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right
away and we will be happy to send a replacement. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a check will be sent within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.
